Work at Sailfish Splash Waterpark this Summer!!

 

Position:              Cashier (Seasonal/Student Positions)                                                                       

Salary:                   $8.50 per hour

Qualifications:  at least 16 years of age.

Description:        This is a cashiering position that works at a County Waterpark. Work includes: collecting fees, deposits, operates a Point of Sale Computer , prepares receipts, answers phones, provides friendly and professional assistance to patrons, performs routine maintenance tasks provides information on programs, enforces rules and regulations, etc.

 

 

Position:              Concession Attendant (Seasonal/Student Positions)                                        

Salary:                   $8.05 per hour

Qualifications:  at least 16 years of age and must obtain Serve Safe certification within 30 days of hire.

Description:        This is a food service position that works at a County Waterpark. Work includes: preparing hot and cold food and drinks, enforces facility rules and regulations, clean kitchen and concession equipment, rotating and restocking supplies, assisting patrons with birthday parties and cabana rentals, etc.

              

 

Position:              Waterpark Lifeguard (Seasonal/Student Positions)                                        

Salary:                   $9.00 per hour

Qualifications:  at least 16 years of age and must pass a swim test and obtain the required Lifeguard licensing

                                Within 30 days of hire.

Description:        Skilled position in water safety work in preventing accidents and injuries in a County Waterpark. Includes: Safeguarding patrons, enforcing rules and regulations, provides friendly and professional assistance to patrons, performs routine maintenance tasks, performs rescues, artificial respiration or first aid when necessary.

 

 

*Lifeguards that receive an employment offer will be contingent upon passing a required background check and drug test.

 

*The County offers the lifeguarding course for those lifeguard applicants that are not yet certified or hold a certification from another agency.  The cost of the course is the responsibility of the applicant.  Lifeguard applicants that pass the certification class are not guaranteed a position.
